Arrivals and departures: Our guest rooms are available at 2 pm on the day of arrival; we ask our guests to check out by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Cancelling the reservation:  for bookings cancelled at least three weeks prior to arrival, the advance will not be returned
– for bookings cancelled 21 to 9 days prior to arrival, 30% of the booked services
– for bookings cancelled 8 to 1 days prior to arrival, 80% of the booked services
– for bookings cancelled 1 day prior to arrival or no show 100% of the booked services
– delayed arrival or early departure, 80% of the booked services.
