Cancelling the reservation:
- for bookings cancelled at least three weeks prior to arrival, the advance will not be returned
- for bookings cancelled 21 to 9 days prior to arrival, 30% of the booked services
- for bookings cancelled 8 to 1 days prior to arrival, 80% of the booked services
- for bookings cancelled 1 day prior to arrival or no show 100% of the booked services
- delayed arrival or early departure, 80% of the booked services.
